air and sound pollution monitoring system using raspberry with (P10 Matrix)

so we're making project to monitor air and sound pollution on raspberry and we want to display the sensor data(real time) on P10 LED Matrix i need exact instructions on how to do it and also which components and sensors to use to make it possible
