RaspberryPi 4B Won’t Boot on 32GB SanDisk Ultra UHS-1 class 10 microSDHC

Hello, My RaspberryPi 4B was purchased July 2022. The microSDHC card was purchased a couple years ago, but had remained unopened until today. This microSDHC works for other purposes such as photography. RaspberryPi Imager is able to flash the card. However, when I put it into my RaspberryPi and power on, it fails to boot (I am setting up headless). When using an older 8GB card, the RaspberryPi successfully boots. The only problem is that it writes very slowly and I want to switch to my larger 32GB microSD, but this one won’t boot. I have updated EEPROM using the working microSD and tried recovering it using the RaspberryPi Imager boot loader option. Is anyone able to help? Thank you in advance!

I’ve heard of people have boot issues with rpi imager… you could try etcher. Otherwise I’d blame the sd card
