Which Rasberry Pi model , screen and battery should I buy for my project?

python is inefficient and thats a fact, you would only notice if you would run it at bigger scale, on multiple servers for example
so dont worry about it that much
its just not a really good base for programming

the only thing I will say about this is, unless you are planning to solder the display onto the gpio pins, you will need to pop out the pogo pins on this and put in longer headers, and make sure there are no conflicting pins
