Is there such thing as a breadboard that can be plugged in from the top and bottom? So like I want a button on the top of the breadboard and then from underneath I want to be able to plug the wires in there if this makes any sense 🤣

You always have perf board or strip board

jackw_08

Yes but you can’t just plug in the pin it would need to be soldered

illegitimate_egg

if it's going to look nice then it should be permanent right?

jackw_08

Yes but it doesn’t matter how it looks and I would not like it to be permanent

illegitimate_egg

Then why do you need a second side?

illegitimate_egg

10 pins of connection

jackw_08

As the button is going to be on top and I will 3d print a cover thing so I can’t have the wire going up and need it going down

illegitimate_egg

If you're 3d printing a cover it's permanent and you should being using perf / strip board

jackw_08

I will make the cover be able to come off and on

illegitimate_egg

still, if you're 3d printing a cover you should be using perf board

jackw_08

So is there nothing that looks like this on both sides

<@599878667606294548> What if you glued 2 bottoms together?

jackw_08

Idk if the connections would be good

jackw_08

But thank you

If looks don't matter, you can jumper the power rail connections. Or, get creative by cutting and soldering through the bottoms of the breadboards and hiding the wires between them. ¯\_(⊙︿⊙)_/¯ Just thinking out loud as I've never seen a double-sided breadboard. Alternatively, build your circuit on the breadboard and do as <@685869137939267603> suggested and transfer your design to the perf board where you have more control.
