Raspberry PI won't start?

Hello, I turned my PI on after a few months and it won't get past some screen with a lot of information.
I will post a photo of the screen in here
I also don't really know how to look for solutions because I have no idea what this is
this looks like dead card. Restore from backup
How do I do that?
