esp8266 firmware flash

I am using a NodeMCU esp8266 and I want to flash AT firmware in it...can someone guide me through

Nope...they have different bin files

I just need the addresses for those bin files
I tried what google said...but didn't work
Isn't it in the latest SDK?

They confuse a lot
They gave it as pdf
The address they gave aren't working for me
Meybe it's for esp8266-01
And not for the nodeMCU version of esp8266
I am super confused
esp8266-01 ≠NodeMCU esp8266 because they have different memory space
Therefore different memory addresses to flash
NodeMCU's memory is 4MB
So tried the address specified in the pdf guide for 4096kb but failed miserably
