Is there any way to control the Tapo led strip using Raspberry pi?
what deos the red strip use? ac or dc?

yeah I have to idea what the tapo led strip runs on or even what input and output it has
If it is TP-Link Tapo LED there is a possibility trhat it could be addressable LEDs from the WS2812, SK6812 or APA102 families.
