Keyboard layout Rasberry pi Pico

I have a swedish keyboard on my computer so some symbols are different. I dont know how to change it, i tried to Google it but nothing worked for me. On the picture you can see that these : and / are turned into Ö and --

& also turns into '

So i need to change the keyboard layout to a Swedish one.

You need to describe the context a bit more.

So i made a badusb by using a Rasberry pi Pico. I made so it would go into youtube and start never going to give you up. But when the Pico writes the link it uses the USA keyboard layout but i am from Sweden and have a swedish keyboard layout. So to fix this i would have to make the Pico write with a swedish keyboard layout. Or if i could program the Pico to change keyboard language to USA but without using any "signs" such as: /+-&_' Because those are on a different keyboard layout. We have 3 more letters in Swedish so 3 places on the keyboard have another placement.

But i dont know how to make the Pico use a Swedish layout, or if i could make the Pico change keyboard language on the computer without using any of those letters that are on a different place.
