Is there a SIM card adapter for rpi to make calls?

Hey guys, I need help, I’m making an android tablet with an rpi and I want to know if there is a SIM card adapter that will let me make calls whilst running android

Whatch out for SIM800, its a 2G GSM module and many operators don't have 2G or is closing down their 2G networks.
There are newer Options but slightly more expensive
Anyone familiar with pitalk? I just got it havent got to it yet but i seen u can literally make a whole phone with it i suppose u need an active sim
yknow those 4g usb modem thingys, are those useable for calling and hotspot?
like the ones huawei used to make
