Raspberry pi 3 won’t display on tv

The tv says no signal, when I plug the hdmi cable into it, it turns on, it just says no signal though. This is what the config file looks like, uncommenting does nothing though.
im guessing you have done all the setting up steps apart from using a hdmi cable?

I installed the raspberry pi legacy os onto the sd card. I’ve tried uncommenting everything for hdmi. I tried typing
hdmi_force_hotplug=1
hdmi_group=1
hdmi_mode=76
disable_overscan=1
under [all], it didn’t work. My laptop connects to the tv without issues though, but the raspberry pi doesn’t.
try non-legacy, why did you want legacy anyway?
Legacy is also the only option available in the raspberry pi imager when I select the device as raspberry pi 3
ok try ssh
download an app like fing
make sure when you flash the SD card, try without legacy os, make sure to put your WiFi details in and the username and password to something you'll remember
then scan the internet your on with fing, look for anything raspberry pi related and note down its ip, tell me when you get this far

I think either the signal is just too weak or there’s not enough power, either that or my raspberry pi is just broken.
The green light doesn’t turn on, only the red one.

Bruh just erase the whole SD card and then install lite legacy and then do some basic SSH config from the imager

The green light doesn’t come on, which means it’s not even reading the sd card I think
what's the power rating on your power source?
you can find this on a plug by taking a picture of its underside, or on the back of a powerbank if your using that
And if you use "Raspberry Pi OS Lite" it will always display the console screen, its when it switch over to graphics that the detection of HDMI resolution fails between the Raspberry Pi and the monitor/TV.
That will confirm that it's working and then you can switch to "Raspberry Pi OS Full" and figuring out what resolution your TV supports and implement those settings in the RPi.
my pi3 is running a 128GB SanDisk too
Welp, I guess some brands differ on how they work
And also try flipping the sd card lol
