pi pico circuitpy not showing

So I plug it in as normal. Holding the boot button and all. Install circuit py. It disconnects and never reconnects as circuitpy. The guide said it should reconnect after like a second but this has been plugged in for an hour and still not showing.

I have had the same problem with some python code and was forced to flash a new circuit onto the Pico again.
