I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I used raspberry pi image to create a pi user with the password 'raspberry' and all I get is an access denied message. Tried adding a userconf.txt file with "pi:raspberry" on the sd card and it's the same. I've never been able to SSH into this thing...what am I screwing up?

.aerosol

Sorry I'm using Pi Lite OS

Did you first try the imager and then the config or both at once?

.aerosol

Imager first, then I tried the userconf.txt method

.aerosol

I didn't reimage it before trying the userconf.txt method, if that's what you mean. I just added the file after I couldn't ssh in

Hmm OK no more ideas Either misspelled in the imager or forgot to add it. I have no experience with this userconf.txt.

.aerosol

I'll give it another go, but I don't think so. I'll granny type it this time

.aerosol

Hmm. I guess that's what it was. Weird tho, I can't imagine I mistyped the password a dozen times 😛
