how to disable rpi pico setup mode with pico ducky

i wanted to do pico disk on rpi but my pico when i connect it starts in setup mode and shows as a usb on my computer

Im not following you. If the Pico doesn't have code to run it will start into "setup mode".
i put the code put it still runs as a storage device
i want to plug it and run codes automaticlly
like a rubber ducky
Then you have been unsuccessful in following the installation of Pico Ducky.
I guess you have NOT done :
Connect a jumper wire between pin 18 (GND) and pin 20 (GPIO15).
This will prevent the pico-ducky from showing up as a USB drive when plugged into the target computer.
