Raspberry Pi 5 on Kiosk Mode

Hello, I bought a Raspberry Pi 5 recently to use it as a digital dashboard firstly. I want to use Dakboard and tried ways to boot the pi on Kiosk mode with my Dakboard on. Most of the tutorials were still based on the PI 4 and didnt work on the 5. Could you maybe help me?

The rpi 5 is very new and some oses may have compatibility issues

But since the pi 5 is similar to the pi 4, you could try a pi 4 tutorial

A Raspberry Pi 4 and 5 is just a bit different in the hardware, but they uses the same "Raspberry Pi OS". The new thing with Raspberry Pi OS is the switch from X11 to Wayland and this is the cause why many old (X11) tutorials doesn't work. I have no solution for Dakboard at the moment. I would recommend you to take a look at MagicMirror2 ( https://magicmirror.builders/ ) That is similar to Dakboard and its free.
