RPi4 Doesn't Boot

I got my Rpi4 and flashed my usb stick but it doesn't seem to boot at all. I tried both 2.0 and 3.0 usb ports. Doesn't work with either of them. Footage below

If it happens after reflashing it's the usb stick
it is a pretty old usb stick

That could be it. As the blink pattern suggest 3 fast 1 long isn't in the list, but the video wasn't that good.
do you have a completely new imager with a usb reader you know works well? it coud be these too

like I said it's happened before to me where it's outdated and I needed to update it because it didn't work

i decided to use xrdp since there is no need for a hdmi cable
but it is on us layout lol
makes typing kinda hard
you can change it in the raspi config
raspi is already on tr layout

Yes, there is two partitions on a Raspberry Pi bootable device.
1. /boot that is a FAT filesystem and here are the boot files
2. / that is a ext4 filesystem where all other files is.
And this is a normal behaviour for a Linux system
