Using tft display with raspberry pi?

Hey, i followed this youtube tutorial to get the display working with raspberry pi 3b: https://youtu.be/I41wIyXG8Bc?si=iEwmHAivJOat1iiH Now I have two problems and dont know how to fix them: First the display shows wrong colors, for example blue instead of red and orange instead of blue. The format of the picture is also wrong, the picture does not Fill the full display. I Tried to Rotate the picture using "display_rotate=1" but it rotated the picture without increasing the used space. Can someone help?
