Can't install wl, snmp or aircrack-ng. broadcom-sta-dkms is not being built

Running Raspberry Pi OS Lite 64-Bit flashed with Raspberry Pi Imager.
You must have done something else before ^sudo apt install snmp` what?
I installed and setup https://github.com/chootka/subnodes-lighttpd in mesh mode (and non-mesh mode on a different pi that also does not install broadcom-sta-dkms)
What version of "Raspberry Pi OS Lite 64-Bit" Bullseye or Bookworm?
