Text-to-speech (TTS) projects convert written braille text into spoken words, like a digital voice-over. Imagine reading out loud, but a computer does it!
this will help the blind
we are using camara to take image and converting into spoken word
we are having trouble in coding
and the due to submitting the project is od monday

What have you done so far?
You should get a camera and get it working, then get a program to capture data from the camera and convert it to text, and any TTS will be enough.
It's simple you can do it in under an hour, get up and start doing it, it may change the world into a better place and change your future to the best.

I would have done the project and made a product out of it and have gotten millions while you begging for code.
I'm sure you didn't mean anything impolite but it's a known thing especially in support channels that spoon feeding is hated as it prevents learning as effective as you would be when you actually work around the issue by yourself.
