Parsing XML File Error-No Document Element Found

Has anyone ran into this error? Not very computer savvy and the person who set the system up for me is no longer available. Any ideas how to fix this? It shows up upon booting.

Sorry..clearly new to this. Here is the error that I am getting upon booting my raspberry pi 4. Currently has a number of retro games added to it. Not sure if that provides any more info
if its a new installation then just reinststall everything
