Connecting Servo motor to raspberry pi 4b

so i have a Raspberri pi 4b
and i want to connect it to this motor

in an other forum i was told that i need a signal matcher so i bought one that translates 3.3v signals for 5v for the motor to register.
but in the end of the day i got these super small female to femal jumpers for the gpio of the pi
how can i connect them safely to the terminals of the above mentioned motor
and secondly how can i wire it up to get the most controllability?

also just on the conceptal level i seen many tutorials basically saying to wire pul+- ena+- and dir+- up to the pi with a voltage shifter and its done
but im curious what do the rx tx pins do on the controller and how to wire em up
in theory they can recieve and trasmit data between the motor controller and the pi, but other than that there is little info on whats its good for.

It basically sais what the tx rx terminals are but doesn't explain what are they good for and how to connect them to a controller

So there is a possibility of wiring the motor up to a serial plug but doesn't explain how

and COM = Serial port = Rx & Tx pins
so if i understrand it corretcly the rx and tx ports are for basically talking to the firmware and not for driving the stuff
I din't examine what the program in appendix 1 do, I noticed that it exist and uses serial communication.
