need help pi5 not booting

hey there
just buyed a PI 5 installed os on the card but i does not boot
sd card its samsung evo plus 512 GB
looks pretty booted to me. although the power supply might be inconsistent
do you have a display and micro hdmi to hdmi cable?
ordered a cable
but its supposed to be connected to my wifi but its not
also thats the way it boots
?
