I am COMPLETELY new to raspberry, but as I couldn't find one myself, I wanted to make/code my own voice changer using a Pi pico. What do I need to buy, does the pico suffice, what coding language should I try to learn/use? I only really need to have one voice effect for now

oh I have no idea, I'm new also

the Pico technically can do this but itd be a little annoying

but a voice changer is just something which changes a few values in audio and then outputting it

Found that video b4, but how should I go about it? If I just copy the video, can I create any voice effect using it? And about coding language, I only as much as printed hello world in C, so what language should I learn/ how should I learn to code on the pi (I presume I need to make a coding script for this?)
