is it possible to code in my laptop by connecting the rbp4 via hdmi?
No, HDMI is only picture transmission. And the HDMI on laptops is output only.
What exactly do you have in mind?
you can though use vnc and ssh which is a low latency way to view and control your pi over your network
Yes there is HDMI-USB grabber but thats only video, keyboard & mouse is another issue
