Connecting a microchip to a Raspberry Pi 3 Help

Hi there!, I am looking to replicate this post: https://www.iocare.in/post/heart-rate-monitor-using-raspberry-pi#:~:text=Connections,to%20ADC%20and%20Pulse%20Sensor. But the analog to digital converter I have is a microchip and is much much smaller than the person in the posts ADC. Is this still possible? My ADC is the "Microchip MCP3002-I/SN, 10 bit Serial ADC"

Compare the datasheet of the ADC you have and the ADC in the url you supplied
