Set up OpenVPN with VPN Prvider Cyberghost on Raspi5

My Endeavor: I'm working on a project with my Raspberry Pi 5, and I have Kali Linux set up with the OpenVPN service. My goal is to set up OpenVPN on my Raspberry Pi to connect to the VPN provider Cyberghost. I've configured it according to the instructions provided by Cyberghost, which I found here --> https://support.cyberghostvpn.com/hc/en-us/articles/213270689-How-to-Set-Up-OpenVPN-on-Raspberry-Pi-Raspbian-RaspBMC. Issue: Unfortunately, I'm encountering a problem. Every time I try to start OpenVPN, the application closes immediately, and I receive a status message stating that OpenVPN has closed. I'm not sure why this is happening. Before I upload a plethora of screenshots, I'm wondering if anyone has experience with this issue or perhaps has an idea of what the problem might be?
