Windows is still setting up the class configuration for this device. (Code 56)

Hi all. This is my first project so please go easy on me and the terminology! I've recently acquired a pi zero wh for a pwnagotchi project I'm trying to put together. Unfortunately, I am not a tech wizard (yet) and am having some trouble with this device. After flashing the correct software (I think) onto the sd card and plugging it into the pi zero wh, I used the data port to plug it into my computer so that I could install the correct drivers for the WiFi part of the wh. When doing this, it immediately showed up as a com port which was meant to happen. After installing and trying a few different drivers, the device now comes up as a ethernet device but with a yellow warning sign. When I double click it comes up with this warning present here. Could anyone reccomend anything? If anyone needs more context, please let me know! Thanks in advance.
