What im doing wrong prob something stupid

Rpi 3 and Just downloaded the Software a while back was for rpi 4 dunno how much that should matter

check if it's the correct rating and if that's not working try another one which also has the correct rating

find those files in the sd card and save them to your computer
only see dtbo files no python files or folders sometime hate computers
it might be in a different folder

guess i could clean the storage download os and try again but it should do something even without os?
