Project Happy Birthday son

Hello, so today it is the birhthday of one person from my family and I wanted to do a project with a buzzer and a photocell, I have raspberry pi 4 and a arduino uno I don t know wich one I should use. But the supose was that when the photocell detects the light it plays the Happy Birthday song

I have the breadboard, resistors breaboards , the basic needed
