Having serious issues getting Kali for my Pi 4 B

Not sure if there is an issue with the ARM iso, I'm going off the website. I've tried both the 32-bit and 64-bit. When I flash it to the SD card and put it in the Pi and plug everything in the monitor(s) have not responded and said there is no signal. I have adjusted the config file based on some YT videos and nothing happened. I have totally scrapped Kali and just went Pi OS and reached the same problem. I don't think it's the SD card because I took the SD card from my brother's Pi and it doesn't work either but works fine on his. What am I doing wrong?

Describe how you create the SD card! Have you tried a USB stick?
