Security camera project -pi 5 (8gb) with pi camera module 3 or pi camera module 3 NoIR

Looking for info on this project. Was playing with MotionEye OS with camera v2 and Pi Zero before but seems the newer pi5 and v3 cameras aren't supported.

it probably just doesn't work because it's too new, try libcamera-hello -t -0 to know if the camera atleest works

yeah, that's what i gather, this stuff is too new. the libcamera commands work, was just trying to do a set and forget type setup.

yeah sorry there's not much you can do apart from go on the GitHub and ask for support for the pi cam v3
