restarted it, and the light is now off

ive also noticed that I have to boot up the pi through the 2 contacts that say RUN next to the stacked USB port

even better, a Linux computer if you have one

ok so [docker](https://www.docker.com/) is a tool for Linux machines which puts different stuff in different "containers" these containers can be like completely separate machines from the point of view of each container

yes definitely, it's recommended you prevent sudden power offs anyway and make sure you run sudo poweroff or similar before power is cut
I mean if the camera is unreliable as you mentioned you may want to switch to raspberry pi os and put octoprint in a container
Any computer system with a OS dislikes that the power is cut off. Use sudo poweroff
