WifiPineapple[on-boot ssh accessible connection. Implemented for rasberrypi4B on-boot]

The Wifi Pineapple has openwrt br-lan on 172.16.42.1 with an access point to allow ssh access how can i implement an empty non-internet accessible ap on my rasberry pi 4B so that i can ssh into the pi without wifi?
