How to change raspios bookworm themes?

Right click
press on the main menu (raspberry pi icon) go to preferences and select config
then it should be somewhere in there
That only changes the appearance, not the theme itself.
For example, in this video it shows how to change the theme on RPI 3B+

but in raspios bookworm it doesn't appear as is
i know "change the desktop environment" I tried to change lxqt, which I loved how it looked, but it was kind of bad and then I didn't know how to reverse it

The closest thing is QTS settings, and openbox configuration
should be something like raspberry pi config
openbox bugs the window bar making it not work when moving it, minimizing it, etc.
and qts settings from what I saw, it doesn't change anything
only changes the window of the same application

is there a main menu preferences? go into that and make sure everything in the prefences section is enabled
I know. the only reason I'm not giving an exact name or screenshot is because I don't use gui anymore
