Printer Server CUPS

Hey guys i recently seted up my cups PS and i want it to be reachable from mobile phones. So i searched up and found that you need Cups plugin but it's not working on newest Android... Can someone help me?

Problem updated: i manage to setup it for phones and i can acctually se the printer but when trying to connect it says this: failed to connect to / fe80::d7e0:bad0:ff3:720a%wlan0 (port 515) from / fe80::c422:a6ff:fe95:7865%wlan0 (port 44150) after 5000ms: isConnected failed: ECONNREFUSED (Connection refused)

I'm thinking about problem with router...

You need to allow access to cups. Cups has a way to allow access from subnets, etc, search for it, you will find it
