Pico as a USB hub *and* UART

I am designing a digital mode interface for my ham radio. The details are not too important - what I need from the Pico is to act as a UART serial device, preferably with an RTS/CTS interface too, but an added bonus would be if it could act as a USB hub at the same time, as I am also using a sound card and I would love to have everything on one cable. Is that even remotely possible?

It could be possible, the serial part for sure, the USB would need some hardware close programming for you.

How would one go ahead with making a UART bridge? I've found code that works for TX/RX no flow control, but I need to be able to control either RTS or DTR, for activating the transmitter on the radio

There is a guy that have made a "USB hub" but that only support HID profiles (Keyboard/Mouse) and no other profile afaik
