My Raspberry pi pico w is making a weird sound when powered from vsys

Hey everyone,
I'm trying to power my pico w with 3.3v vsys via a seeed studio lipo rider plus. I have a 1.8inch spi display connected. When turned on the pico is making a humming noise. I have attached a recording of it. I just want to ask if the pico has gone bad or should I connect 3v3_en to make it work.
Its probably a coil whining from the DC/DC in the seed studio device
But the sound is coming out of the pico board.
Have you only connected 3v3 or also GND?
3v3_en is not connected as of now
My peripherals are turned off after reboot(by design). But that's not my concern right now
Then Im out of ideas as the Pico has no components that should make any sound in less they are damaged.
Nevertheless, was only 3 V connected or was GND also connected?

BTW with vbus(5v) and usb as power input the board works fine
Then 3V with display is probably not enough. You would have to try it without the display to see if it runs without noise. This would then also confirm that this is the problem.
Ya even without display I can hear the sound
I have also now connected a 100k ohm resistor to 3v3_en. Still the same issue
The official documentation says 3v3_en (Systems Control). Is this pin perhaps not suitable for supplying power? Unfortunately, I don't know much about this...

No I'm not supplying power. As the document says I need to pull this pin high to enable 3v3 pin. Hence just connected a 100k resistor.
BTW I tested the seeed studio lipo rider by connecting it to a esp32cam which draws a Max power of 175mA and the setup was fine.
The issue persists only with pico w
Guys any help here?
