Cannot install Android os

Hello, can anyone tell me why my rp3b+ keeps blinking red light and not showing hdmi output when i install lineage os or other android based os
Raspbian works perfectly

I just installed the latest version of lineage
The power led stops blinking
But still no hdmi and act led blinking in a pattern

When i install raspbian it works finely, hdmi output is showing
But when i installed lineage the act led is just blinking like this
Can anyone help me, i have been searching for this issue for 4 months

So double check for me how many times does it flash consistently. Like is that long one always included?
Because on the pi 3 it's not supposed to have different length ones

Start.elf is a function found at the beginning of the boot folder.
If this function is not found, Raspberry Pi will not boot.

Plug your SD card into your computer and in the os section of the imager select "erase"
