E: unable to locate package SpeechRecognition

i've tried so many times to install the speech recognition module to python and every time i get a different error, this time it's the one in the title- how do i fix this?

It's not a debaen package

You need to activate a venv https://discord.com/channels/818384379197784084/1217798894985941072 and pip install it
