i2c address detection empty.

I’m trying to set up a joystick with the Freenova kit. However, my i2c address is completely blank ( it doesn’t have the 4b on it. Is it a hardware thing? This is my set up

Do you have a wiring schema?

Have you enable I2C with raspi-config?
