trouble with the camera for rpi 4

hello, im using rpi 4 and i tried to connect a camera to it but it does not work when im trying this commend on the terminal: vcgencmd get_camera this is the respond: supported=1 detected=1, libcamera interfaces=0 i know that they disabled raspistill but libcamera doesnt work neither

when im trying this commend it shows me this

try and remove the cable clean it with isopropryl alchol and put it back in

and maybe try turning it round, the copper bit should go towards the usbs

ill try but i dont thing this is the problem

the shows like it detected a camera but the libcamera interfaces dont work
