Good afternoon, I have a Pihole on my home server. For some reason I am not able to use IPv6 on the Internet despite my ISP providing it. How can I troubleshoot this? I'm a bit weak on the network commands to check. Thanks in advance!

Running DietPi 9.3.0 on Raspberry Pi 3b+ Has PiVPN along with Pihole

The raspberry pi can not connect via IPv6

But it does. There's even an option in the Dietpi-config to enable IPv6

im mistaken

k9t33n

in your router config see if your pi is conected to ipv6

k9t33n

and run hostname -I and show the output

k9t33n

oop and try ping6 google.com

plastichelmet

ip a shows 2 IPv6 addresses for Global

plastichelmet

ping6: google.com: Address family for hostname not supported

k9t33n

replace google.com with 2001:4860:4860::8888 then

100% loss

and what does your router say?

Use traceroute6 to check where the IPv6 stop.

Odd. It was connected on IPv6 earlier, but now it's not
