Raspberry pi screen just white after bootup?

i just bought a 4b and the official 3.5in screen, when i boot it just shows up white
you need drivers
also since when was there an official 3.5 inch display
I've wondered the same thing, I only know the official 7" display

No official Display needs drivers as it is a HDMI display.
What kind of display, URL? And the white light is the backlight that you see.

Yes and those are via a SPI or I2C interface.
