Hi, I'm planning to install vmware horizon client on my raspberry, but the problem is that the linux version is AMD64, and my raspberry is ARM. How can I install vmware?

alphabeta.

horizon being desktop virtualization right? If I recall correctly there's a web client?

alphabeta.

that being said if there's no arm clients for horizon you might get away with emulating depending on the method you're using to connect to the desktop clone

alphabeta.

pi-apps has wine and QEMU. might try that

alphabeta.

I'm not too certain it will work for you though

unfortunately it doesn't work a lot of errors in the script, my goal is to make a kiosk mode for vmware horizon client if I can't install it going through the web interface would be a problem in my project

alphabeta.

Do you mean wine doesn't work

listen I think I made a mistake in the command lines for wine/box64, it would allow me to install vmware client, could I have a link or anything to explain me how to install a .exe or something with wine/box64?

alphabeta.

that error just says the symbolic link already exists. you can try deleting those paths and starting over

alphabeta.

symbolic links are ways of linux to make a shortcut in the file system so that one path maps to another
