A DHCP client has a lease time so changing it on the router will not help until the lease time has expired. A renew of a DHCP lease can be forced and how is depending on the type of device.

No, please do not play around with the DHCP.
If you have stored the IP of the Pi in the router as DNS, then everything is ok.
Then you should restart the router once. If it doesn't have a button or menu for this, then simply unplug it, wait 1 minute and plug it back in.
I also configured it on my iPhone and it works 1 minute after restarting the internet modem after which it no longer works and it's just on my iPhone, on the root it doesn't work
