Error installing TeamViewer on RPi 4 Model B

After downloading TeamViewer for Raspbian from: <https://www.teamviewer.com/en-cis/download/raspberry-pi/> inside Downloads folder, then I run cd ~/Downloads and sudo apt install ./teamviewr-host_15.53.6_arm64.deb and I get this error:
How to install it?
It's some access issue obviously but this is barebones RPi

And that's how I got this problem. And then I googled the problem without any viable solutions.

Also you don't use the meme properly, you need to make sure that the solution to the problem is in there before you use that website, it doesn't work otherwise and you just look like a douchebag
Just don't write anything if you don't know the solution to the problem and if you don't know how to find the solution to the problem
