pi5 not booting

Hi!
I just got an pi5 that's unable to boot.
Already tried:
Reflashing the firmware to boot first from SD card
Reflashing the OS
Using the official pi5 PSU
Okay, does the green led blink?

Does it just stay red after that?
Yeah
Do you have a display and micro hdmi cable?
Yep, nothing appears on it
Without an SD card there still isn't any video out
Screen works with my pi 4
Even if you take the SD card out before plugging it in?

That's a dodgy pi it seems
Have an ethernet cable?
At work it liked one outlet but that was it, didn't boot from any other. After some hours that would always appear:

Try plugging that in then we will try usb boot as a last resort
If all fails it's a broken pi
