Trying to make a prank hacking raspberry pi

hi this is gonna sound wierd but im trying to make my raspberry pi zero into sort of a hack i guess so what im trying to make it do is take controll and let me put commands onto someone elses device can someone please help me?

i swear its not for an illegal task its so i can prank my mate because he luaghed at me when my email got hacked so all i wanted to do was open tabs
It is still illegal if you don't have the other parties permission.

i tried but for some reason the commands wouldnt do anything to my laptop that it was plugged into

which port are u using
one is the data port
it wont work if u dont use the data port
the outer port is just for power
the inner one is for data
i use the one that says usb on it
yeah its that port
but for some reason it wont work at all
