Electronic cricket Scoreboard wireless (battery 12v operated)

Hi! Basically I came up with this idea to make a custom portable led cricket scoreboard which you use possibly on your phone via Bluetooth with another app. I have a raspberry pi 4 and was looking if anyone could help with the basics of creating something like this and how it works.
