Raspberry Pi 5 Ubuntu 24.04 LTS LG 55uq7070zue TV (4K, 60Hz) The HDMI cord and adapter definitely work, but I can't get it to display on the TV. The TV gets input, but only displays a black screen. How can I get my Pi 5 to display on this TV?

Seems like undervoltage was the culprit

Well, I have solved undervoltage. The BIOS displays in 4k. Ubuntu does not

Apparently Ubuntu has problems with 4k in general, not just on the Pi.

Fed video through a capture card and it works at 1080p lol

And of course, the problem is that my micro hdmi adapter doesn’t support 4kp60

It's such a relief when the problem is only hardware

I got to fiddle with xrandr a bit to set 2160p60hz as a default mode so that should help when I get a high-speed cable

At long last, 4k Ubuntu
