how do i fix no signal display on pi 4 4gb ram

i can't get a screen on the pi i am installing a new os to USB stick for the pi to see
and note is was working before i tryed ubuntu
anyone had this before
this is a pi4 4gb with power supply
i have tryed with a new OS on a usb and loads but no display trying new cable
not the USB
trying... EEPROM reset
partly worked but needing to fix boot
cmd line edited testing boot line
booted to ubuntu 24.02 but failed to install user
unable to login due to that
FIX now looking for an OS to use
